A Red Ale that’s malt forward with a slight caramel butterscotch flavor. This beer has a deep red color and a slightly bitter finish.

An American Pale Ale, brewed in honor of our friend and fellow brewer, Bert Flanagan. This beer is straight from his personal recipe book.

WEE HEAVY

WEE HEAVY

A Scottish style ale, with a malt forward taste without the sweetness. The Fuggles and Willamette hops balance out the finish leaving it slightly dry. Don’t let the dark color fool you, this beer has a light mouth feel and is overall a very sessionable beer.

CALIFORNIA COMMON

CALIFORNIA COMMON

An ale beer brewed with lager yeast at a higher temperature to give it notes of caramel. This beer has a bit of a hoppy flavor with a slightly bitter finish.

is an American style India Pale Ale hopped with Cascade and Chinook hops and malted with a generous amount of NY State grown rye grains.

A medium bodied lager brewed with a traditional lager base of vienna and pilsner malts. This malt forward beer has a slight sweetness with hints of caramel

is a clean crisp lagered beer. It has a nice sweet malt flavor that isn’t overwhelming. A very simple, very clean finish that will please any beer drinker.

HEELAPENO ALE

All flavor and no bite, this cream ale is light in color and goes down smooth. For an added kick, ask for a jalapeno garnish

A juicy style India pale ale that has a very complex citrus flavors. Smooth, drinkable, and delicious. The flavor will not over power your taste buds.

lighter style IPA brewed with German base malts and traditional European style hops finished with a German yeast giving it a clean crisp finish.

Lighter in style, and brewed with galena and fuddle hops and English Malt to give this beer a nicely balanced body.

Smoked Pumpkin Porter
Light in weight and dark in color. For this traditional style porter we use 10 pounds of pie pumpkins from Cullen Farms in Richfield Springs, NY. The pumpkins are smoked for 3 hrs with a combination of cherry and pecan wood and then steeped in the boil giving this beer a roasted flavor with a slightly smoky finish.
English Ale​
Lighter in style, and brewed with galena and fuddle hops and English Malt to give this beer a nicely balanced body.
Humulus Lumulus IPA
Humulus being the scientific name for hops, this American style IPA has a light body and strong finish.
Devils Smash
A single malt single hop beer that is made with pale malt and jarrylo hop. It starts out sweet with a slight bittering at the end with the  jarrylo hop.  It’s a very clean and crisp pale ale.
Robust Brown
This Brown ale has an extra punch of flavor with its roasted malty yummyness
Oktoberfest
This traditional Marzen is a malt forward bier with a slight dry finish.
Black IPA
This IPA is dark in color and has a roasted maltiness to it. This beer has a light body and finishes nicely with a mild hop flavor
Kolsch
A German style beer that is light in body and flavor. It is made with New York pilsner and wheat malts along with New York State grown Fuggles, Willamette and Noble hops.
Belgian Saison
Belgian Saison is a smooth farm house ale with a bit of a kick. We stressed the yeast during the fermentation process to bring out flavors of clove and banana. 
JIPA
Our first New England style IPA or Juicy IPA. This beer is made with 4 different malts and 7 different hops. It has notes of passion fruit, mango, and pineapple without the bitter after taste. This 31 gallon batch has over 77 ounces of hops. Truly a beer for the hop lover.
ROGGENBIER
This German style Rye beer is made with a blend of 50% Rye malt and 50% malted barley. The rye leads to a slight spicy or black pepper flavor. We use Fuggle hops to give it a light, clean balanced finish. The low alcohol percentage makes this a nice session-able beer.
Pilsner
is a clean crisp lagered beer. It has a nice sweet malt flavor that isn’t overwhelming. A very simple, very clean finish that will please any beer drinker.
C3 IPA
This heavier bodied IPA falls between a traditional IPA and a Juicy variety with earthy notes of pine.
Belgian
Amber in color with a lighter body. Brewed with Munich and wheat malts. Hints of banana and clove give this beer a slightly sweet flavor with a smooth finish.
I’ll be bock
 is a traditional German spring time bock beer, crafted with a kiss of hops to paly back the malty sweetness in this malt forward easy sipping beer.
Amber Ale
American style ale hanging in the middle of the road, not light but not heavy, brewed with biscuit and honey  malts along with chinook hops creating a perfectly balanced medium bodied beer.
Blood Orange Wheat
The 5th beer in our wheat series, offers a mild orange aroma and is light orange in color. This wheat forward beer finishes nicely with notes of berries, as a true Blood Orange would
Arctic Red Ale

Hopped Porter 
is a deep flavored dark beer that is smooth and rich. The addition of extra hops adds to the full flavor experience. Low abv makes it very sessionable and easy to drink.
Variant IPA
Our spin off of our Chinook IPA. The addition of more hopes bring out the flavor most IPA drinkers search for. Smooth and delightfully bittered.
American Session Ale
Our lightest style beer. Brewed with New York light malts and balanced with mild hops. If you are used to a “light” beer give this one a try. It has all the flavor without all the heavy.
IPA
English style IPA which makes its not as hoppy as a west coast IPA. Slight bitterness and crisp finish make this beer easy to enjoy.
Chinook IPA
An English style IPA brewed exclusively with Chinook Hops, with a little more bitter and less hop flavor than an American IPA.
Gingerbread Wheat
The next beer in our Wheat Series, starts with our signature wheat recipe then adding the gingerbread flavor over a 3 day infusion period. The wheat taste comes out upfront followed by a subtle gingerbread flavor. Giving you sweet memories of a cozy winter night and ginger snap cookies.
SMASH
Single Malt And Single Hop beer that is made with a base pale malt and the hop we use varies. This beer is a dry English style ale with the bittering of the hops that finishes clean.
Rye Ale
A well balanced body of hops and malts makes this Rye Ale light and refreshing.
Raspberry Wheat
First beer of the wheat series. This beer is crafted with fresh raspberries from Candella Farms in Marcy, NY and lightly sweetened with local honey making this a light and refreshing beer.
Mango Wheat
As the second beer of the wheat series, this refreshingly light wheat beer is flavored with fresh mangos, giving it a sweet and earthy taste.
Apple Cinnamon Wheat
The third beer in our wheat beer series is crafted from our house wheat recipe made with fresh apple cider from Windy Hill Farms in Cassville, NY, and fresh cinnamon sticks. The wheat flavor is noticed up front with the apple and cinnamon on the back end. This beer is perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.
Dark Choc Milk Stout
A full flavored oatmeal stout made with dark chocolate. With the addition of lactose to sweeten the dark chocolate it also adds a smooth mouth feel.
Winter Warmer
Winter Warmer is a dark spiced beer with notes of clove, cinnamon, ginger, and orange peel. It is a malt forward beer, with a smooth finish and no lingering after taste. Making it a session able winter beer. 
Heelapeno Cream Ale
All flavor and no bite, this cream ale is light in color and goes down smooth. For an added kick, ask for a jalapeno garnish
Farmhouse Ale
is a light French style ale with slight floral notes. Usually brewed in the summer for easy drinking on hot days
Oatmeal Stout
Brewed with roasted oatmeal to give this beer a slight nutty flavor and balanced with brewers gold and fuggle hops to give it a lighter smooth finish.
American Session Ale
Our lightest style beer. Brewed with New York light malts and balanced with mild hops. If you are used to a “light” beer give this one a try. It has all the flavor without all the heavy.
Rye Porter
Brewed with a blend of chocolate and roasted dark malts, with a touch of honey malts. This gives it a nice dark color with a hardy flavor and smooth finish
California Common
